This quiz is designed to recommend which hormones should be tested to determine if you have a hormonal imbalance.


Please check the following symptoms that are troublesome and/or persist over time, filling out the three separate sections. At the end of the quiz add your personal information and click the submit button. Allow up to 72 hours for one of our pharmacists to contact you with recommendations on your hormones.

At ECCP we have saliva test to test for the individual hormones and also hormone panels (more than one hormone). Also available are different blood drawn panels to test for multiple hormones and PSA levels (Prostate Specific Agent). ECCP can help you determine which test would be right for you.

If you have symptoms in both section 1 and Section 2 you may want to test for Estradiol (E2), Progesterone (Pg), Testosterone, DHEA (DS) and Cortisol (C).







Two or more moderate symptoms above may indicate to test for AM/PM Cortisol (Cx2). Two or more moderate to severe symptoms may indicate to test for Cortisol (Cx4: morning, noon, evening, bedtime), DHEA (DS).
